Event Restroom Rental
Frequently asked questions
Straight answers about our restroom trailers, site needs, payment, and delivery — so you can plan your event with confidence.
Can the restroom trailers be completely self-sufficient?
Yes. Every trailer has an onboard freshwater tank, and we can also supply a generator. Both are available for an additional fee.
All trailers can plug into standard 20 amp, 110V service. The 2-stall is wired as a 50 amp unit but we bring connections to step down to 20 amp. The 7-stall uses a 110V / 20 amp plug. Power details for the ADA trailer are still being confirmed.
Do I need to supply water, or can the trailer run on its own tank?
A hose hookup with basic water pressure is best. When we connect a standard hose, no pump or electricity is needed for water—so even if you lose all power, toilets and sinks still work.
The trailers also have an onboard freshwater tank. That setup uses an electrical pump, which is very reliable, but it is a mechanical part and can fail without notice. That’s why a simple hose connection is the preferred option when you have a water source on site.
What if the waste tanks fill up?
No problem. Just shut off the water, and we’ll take care of it when we come out.
What kind of surface do you need to set up?
We need a level, flat surface. These trailers have steps and are designed to sit on level ground. It doesn’t have to be perfectly level, but if the ground is uneven, the steps can be too high or awkward to use—and that can become a safety hazard.
What kind of site access do you need?
Access is critical. We need a clear pathway with no overhanging trees, no steep hills or soft gravel grades, and enough room to maneuver the truck and trailer into place. The whole approach should be a hard, flat surface—not muddy.
We need about 10 feet of width and 14 feet of height along driveways or tree-lined paths. Just because a car can fit under those trees does not mean our trailer can. We won’t force it through if clearance is tight—we don’t want the unit scraped up, and nobody is happy if we arrive and can’t reach the spot.
Is the deposit refundable?
No. These trailers can be in high demand, and the deposit locks in your date and keeps that unit from being rented to someone else. If you have to cancel for any reason, the deposit is non-refundable.
What if the location or date changes?
Just give us a call or shoot us a text. We’ll work with you. We want your big event to go off without a hitch, so we’re flexible and we’ll do everything we can to adjust as needed.
What forms of payment do you accept?
Deposits can be paid through our online booking options (Venmo, Stripe, PayPal, and similar). The remaining balance is due when we deliver the unit. Cash is preferred on delivery—reception and other barriers can make card or app payments unreliable on site.
We do not accept checks, and we cannot drop off the unit until payment is complete.
When do you drop off and pick up?
Most of our rentals are for big weekend events, and the price we quote covers you for the whole weekend. We like to set up early—often Wednesday or Thursday, usually in the evenings when that works. Pickup is typically Sunday or Monday. Tell us what you prefer and we’ll get you squared away.
Does someone need to be there for drop-off and pickup?
Yes on drop-off. Someone needs to meet us, go over a few safety items, and sign a couple of documents before we leave.
For pickup, nobody has to be there—but we need clear access to the unit so we can hook up and leave without working around other cars or obstacles.
